Are you short of time but still want to get into shape? This package offers 30 minute sessions 3-4 times a week fitting it in where possible within your schedule. Whether you want to work on fat loss, strength or core and back this is a perfect options if you dont have the time for a full hours session.
Get started package;
If you are looking to take up exercise or get back into a regular exercise routine then this is the package for you. Targeted for your needs and goals. 2 sessions per week will get you in the fitness zone, keep you motivated and on task
Best Results package;
If you’re looking for the best results you will need to be training (at least) 3 times a week. This program will be highly driven towards your targets and fitness goals, be it weight loss, muscle building or a specific event. Food planning can be added to this package at a reduced rate.
Lifestyle Change package;
If you are looking to change your overall lifestyle you will hopefully realise that exercise and healthy living is not a short term plan. It is a long term plan. This package focuses and smashing your short, middle and long term goals. This also includes all your nutritional planning.
Small PT Group Training;
Join a group or make your own group with friends or colleagues, this creates a highly motivating, enjoyable atmosphere. You will never want to miss a session with your team mates.
If you are looking for weight loss and to become an all-round heather person, then I would recommend this 100%. What you put in your mouth is 80% of the battle and for just £8 per week you will receive a structured daily food plan. This will help you get organised and stick to a regular healthy eating plan. This takes away any decisions or trawling the supermarket not knowing what to buy.

Are you looking for more nutritional help and feel you would benefit from a 45 minute 1-1 chat at your home? Would you like help with food groups, meal ideas, planning, basic cooking skills, shopping or anything else involving nutrition.
£35 per 45min session, booked along side any pt package.
